Refurbishment Project

The extensive refurbishment of the principal bedroom with ensuite bathroom and additional guest accommodation with ensuite within this private residence.

Role: Bespoke Joinery Design / Project Co-ordinator / Specifier / Interior Designer

Following the complete strip out of the existing principal suite and adjoining guest suite consisting of large double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom & shower room and dressing areas with fitted wardrobes. We were asked to reimagine these spaces and create a new contemporary design to the existing layout.

This was achieved by adopting the original location for the fitted joinery but providing a new design and layout to suite the clients current needs. The addition of a feature fireplace and fitted headboard with floating side tables added a new dimension to the principal bedroom area. The introduction of a new feature bath surround and bespoke vanity unit to the principal ensuite bathroom helped to extend the luxury feeling through from the adjoining bedroom space.

Planning

Detailed Plans

Once a client agrees the design then we will put together the layers of drawings and information required to form a complete drawing pack; allowing the design to move into the construction phase. This detailed information will allow all third-party consultants and contractors to effectively cost and deliver your project.

On-Site Project Management

Once construction has started on site we offer a both physical presence to oversee and direct the required aspects of the build, from planning and execution to monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring quality and safety. Key responsibilities include coordinating with various contractors, maintaining communication, tracking budgets and schedules, resolving issues as they arise, and ensuring the project meets both regulatory requirements and most important client expectations.
